WARRANTY INSTRUCTIONS

The warranty period will be calculated from the date of receipt by the customer.

Improper use or accidental damage by the customer will not be covered by the warranty.

Any product will leave traces of use and natural wear and tear after long-term use, because slight traces of use during normal use are not covered by the warranty.

Before warranty for any model, please check your receipt date and whether the product’s warranty period has expired.

WARRANTY DETAILS

Our modification kit can be divided into many parts, and ACCSORI will only provide warranty for damaged parts.

If there is a problem with your product, such as the case screws falling off, the strap breaking, or the buckle not working, we will provide free replacement warranty for these parts so that customers can replace them themselves.

We will reissue the corresponding damaged accessories or the entire modification kit based on the damage.

We will judge based on the degree of damage.

 


 

PAID REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF PARTS

We also support paid replacement parts for Retrofit Kit whose warranty has expired.

If your Retrofit Kit is accidentally damaged by you during normal use, or is damaged by unexpected circumstances such as accidental dropping, please don’t worry, we also provide replacement services for corresponding accessories purchased at our own expense.

For specific model parts prices, please contact our customer service team for a quote.

We will not ship for free, the customer is responsible for the purchase of damaged parts and shipping costs.
