  • Shipping time depends on the product you purchase and the destination country as a different product has different production time.

  • For some products (new products/capacity restrictions/other uncontrollable issues), we will delay the processing period again for 1-7 days. We have been working hard for the rapid turnover of orders, please wait patiently.

  • Sign in to your Account (the one that you made your order with) and click on Track Order. In some instances, carrier’s tracking information may only be available in 1-2 business days after the order is shipped.
  • Usually after we ship the goods, the system will automatically send an email with the logistics number and the logistics provider to the customer. You can check according to the information in the email.

  • Please be sure to open up all the boxes first. We normally packed 2 cases in 1 box unless otherwise requested.
  • If you have checked and the case is still not there, please contact us.
  • If there are problems with some products, such as color error/product defect/size error, etc., we will return the product and resend the correct product to our warehouse before sending it to the customer.
  • If you order 3 products, one of the products has a problem, and the other 2 are normal.
